Watched this more than 20 years ago for the first time, but even if I remembered most of the scenes I didn't actually remembered the name, a few years ago I re-discovered it and was so happy!
A little girl like me, back in the time wasn't actually scared, even if
the film is meant to be a terror movie, I actually thought it was
magical, all fantasy! And the other night when I re-watched, apart from
understanding the movie, I thought again that it was magical!!
I must confess the first half of the movie is a bit slow, but is pure poetry, especially the part when Khoma, the seminarist met the old lady, don't ask me why, but I love that part! xDD
Everything in this movie is so simple and yet so magical! And I have to love the witch, she's SO sweet and beautiful! How she moves, her expressions! I especially love the part with the shaking finger! ♥

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Vi esta película cuando era muy pequeña, hace mas de 20 años, y un par de años atras la redescubrí.
Se supone es una película de terror, pero Yo creo que es mágica y llena de poesía.
"By the shades of night, may he go blind, turn his hair white.
Bewitch him. Cover him with snow.
A curse upon you! With the wings of a bat! With the blood of a serpent!
I shall curse you! Curse you!
I summon the vampires! I summon the werewolves!...
I summon Viy!"
